- First to form adult and youth auxiliary groups: The Pearlettes (4-8), Amicettes (9-13), and Archonette Clubs (14-18) provide young women with mentorship, service opportunities, and a pathway to the sorority.
- First to centralize operations in a national headquarters: This efficient setup ensured smooth administrative functioning and streamlined communication across the organization.
