Zetas Helping Other People Excel, also known as Z-HOPE, is the National Service Program of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. It is a combination of interactive, holistic, and multidimensional outreach programs designed to enhance, cultivate, and empower participants to develop health-promoting lifestyle choices across their lifespan.
Z-HOPE is a comprehensive outreach program that focuses on improving the health and well-being of people across all stages of life. It targets five major groups: women, youth, men, seniors, and international women of color. Here are some of Z-HOPE's goals:

The National Educational Foundation of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. with 501 (c) 3 status is created and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The principle activities and purpose of the trust are to award scholarship grants to worthy students for the pursuit of higher education; to conduct community educational programs which will aid in the educational and vocational improvement in individual and community living standards; to engage in activities which will aid in the educational development of all women; and to engage in any appropriate research related to the purposes of the Foundation scholarship.

The Zeta Stork's Nest is a national prenatal education program operated, in partnership with the March of Dimes Foundation. The purpose of this program is to increase the number of women receiving early and regular prenatal care to prevent cases of low birthweight, premature births, and infant deaths. The Zeta Stork's Nest also educates pregnant women on self-care during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
